Cancellation Policy

We value your appointments at Suzanna’s Spa Suite.  We understand that life happens and plans can change. While we do our best to accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

 

No-Show Policy

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the service. 

This policy allows us to respect the time of our staff and other clients.
